Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions: Combine flour, baking soda, salt and powdered vanilla. Place into quart jar. Layer granulated sugar and brown sugar into jar. Combine the three flavors of chips and place in jar. Adjust cap.Makes one quart jar.
For Triple Chip Cookies:
1 jar Triple Chip Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375F. Remove chips from jar and set aside. In a medium bowl, beat butter and shortening until creamy. Add dry ingredients from jar; mix until well blended. Beat in egg. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
