Dill Dip
Chef:  Cathy Bell - Joplin, MO          Category:  Appetizers

Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder













Directions: Mix all ingredients well. Chill several hours or overnight to let flavors mingle. Serve with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes: Great for parties. Can be served in a hollowed out round loaf of bread with pieces of bread on the side for dipping.
