Ribbon Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 lb. roast beef
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon Horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf white pullman bread
1 loaf whole wheat pullman bread
1 loaf pumperknickle bread
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package Zesty Italian dressing






Directions: Mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, pickle relish, horseradish and salt and pepper together. Blend well and then add roast beef. Cut the crust off all white bread and spread with very light coat of margarine to seal bread. Next spread with roast beef mixture. This will spread on 6 slices of pullman bread. Layer 2: Put in mixing bowl and beat until smooth, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 package Zesty Italian dressing. Cut crust off all pumperknickle bread and spread with light coat of margarine on both sides of bread. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Layer 3: Cut the crust off all whole wheat bread, spread with light coat of margarine. Put this on top of cream cheese mixture to complete sandwich. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove plastic wrap and cut 2 equal sections. Next cut each section into 3 equal parts, and than cut each piece diagonal. You will have 12 triangle pieces when completed. Arrange on platter for serving.
