1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (small) can chopped green chiles
3 chopped green onions
4 oz. finely chopped Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup black olives (optional)
1 package 6 inch flour tortillas
Directions: Stir together, and spread onto tortillas. Spread all the way to the edge. Press together as you are rolling them to keep them together. These keep very well in a tight container in the refrigerator. They are better if they are made ahead of time and allowed to set overnight. They will keep over a week if they last that long.
