The Best Tex-Mex Dip Ever

Ingredients:
1 (large) can fat-free refried beans
1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cups guacamole (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced jalapenoes (from a jar)
1 can chopped black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
tomatoes (medium)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
salt and pepper








Directions: Spread beans on bottom of decorative platter (large). Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together. Spread over beans. Now is the time to add guacamole if you want. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients in layers on top of the sour cream mixture or the guacamole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Make a day before the party. It will taste better after it sets. Use large tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes: When we entertain large groups, I always make two of these.
