1/2 lb. cubed Braunschwager
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Mix all in blender or with mixer until smooth. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers.
Notes: This is a recipe my mother-in-law gave me. Tastes as good as the spread served in restaurants!
