Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) package pimento cream cheese
1/2 cup minced onion flakes
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
chopped pecans

Directions: Mix cream cheese and pimento cream cheese together. Add onion flakes, mayonnaise, dried mustard, garlic salt, vinegar, Accent, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Shape into large ball or several small ones, roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.

Notes: Serve on Ritz crackers or your favorite crackers. This also makes a nice gift to give at holidays.
