Crab Mold

Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 package unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons water
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 to 3 chopped green onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) can crab













Directions: Heat the soup. Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water and add to soup. Blend in cheese. Add onions, mayonnaise, and crab. Turn into 4 or 5 cup mold, which has been rubbed well with mayonnaise. Make the day before and refrigerate.

Notes: Serve with crackers.
