1 lb. ground beef
1 cup picante sauce
1 can diced tomatoes and chiles
1 cup water or milk (optional
2 lbs. cubed processed cheese spread
Directions: Brown ground beef over medium-high heat, drain. Add picante sauce and tomatoes and chiles. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and gradually add cheese, allowing cheese to melt completely. Add water or milk to cheese sauce if it is too thick. Serve piping hot in a small crockpot with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
