Steak Roll Ups

Ingredients:
1 round steak
2 tablespoons mustard
6 to 8 slices bacon
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup















Directions: Pounds round steak and spread mustard lightly on one side. Top with strips of bacon enough to cover. Sprinkle with soup mix. Roll the steak up like a jelly roll and tie or hold with toothpicks so it won't unroll. Put aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and place the steak roll on it. Pour a can of mushroom soup on the steak. Wrap foil up around steak so it cannot leak juices. Bake for 3 hours at 325°F. Pour off juice from one end of the foil for gravy, then seal again until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
