Ginger Beef

Ingredients:
1 to 2 pounds sirloin steak, cutin into thin strips
2 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 green pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 bunch green onions, sliced lengthwise
2 tomatoes, sliced lengthwise












Directions: Fry sirloin steak in small amount of oil until brown. Drain. Mix water, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger. Add to meat and simmer 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onions. Simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer until they are just heated. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
