Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 cup almonds, toasted (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1 cup potato chips, crushed











Directions: Toss chicken, celery, salt, onion, lemon juice, almonds and mayonnaise and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
