Tuna Fish Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked noodles
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup American cheese, shredded
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
3/4 cup potato chips, crushed













Directions: Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk and cheese. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add noodles and tuna; mix well. Spoon into an 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes: Canned and drained peas and carrots can be added to change this recipe some.
