Ham Loaf

Ingredients:
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper














Directions: Blend all ingredients well. Use unsalted soda crackers, if ham is quite salty. Pack in a 7x12 inch baking dish which as been greased well. Set this in a pan of water. Bake at 300°F to 325°F for 1 hour.
