Ingredients:
4 (medium) poatoes, cubed
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream of celery soup
8 ounces processed American cheese, cubed
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions: Boil potatoes and onion in water until done. Reserve 1 1/2 cups water, then drain. Stir together over medium heat, water, potatoes, onion, milk, undiluted soup and cheese. Cook through until cheese is melted and soup is hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
