Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
1 (24 oz.) package frozen, shredded hash brown patties, thawed and broken apart
1 egg, beaten
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup ham, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, slcied
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded







Directions: Combine potatoes and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Press into 14 inch circle on baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Whisk eggs and milk. Salt and pepper, to taste. Microwave 3 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave another 3 minutes and stir. Spread cooked egg mixture evenly over potato crust. Top with ham, mushrooms, green onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
