Crawfish Fetuccini

Ingredients:
1 pound crawfish
1/2 cup margarine
1 can crab meat
1 (medium) onion
1 (small) bell pepper
1 package wide egg noodles
1 tablespoon flour
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 pint half and half
Parmesan cheese










Directions: Saute onions and pepper in margarine until tender. Sprinkle flour into onion mixture. Stir in half and half and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat until melted. Add crawfish and crab meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked noodles and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Notes: Dish can be made with 1 whole, cooked and deboned chicken.
