Grape-Nut Salad

Ingredients:
1 (4 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries, red, green or both
1 (large) container whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups minature marshmallows
1 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
nuts, chopped, if desired














Directions: In small bowl, drain cherries and pour juice over Grape-Nuts, then set aside. In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, marshmallows and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add Grape-Nuts and chopped cherries and chopped nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours and serve.

Notes: At Christmas time I decorate with maraschino cherries by making a flower design on top.
