1 pound ground beef
8 to 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup molasses
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cans pork and beans
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions: Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes: My family likes this recipe because it is fast and hits the spot.
