Ingredients:
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup green grapes, havled
1/2 cup cashews or sliced almonds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons dry Italian salad dressing mix

Directions: Combine turkey, celery, oranges, grapes and cashews in a large salad bowl. Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over salad. Toss gently, cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
