prepared mustard, to taste
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions: Unroll steak flat. Trim excess fat. Spread mustard over top side of steak. Top with bacon strips enough to cover. Sprinkle soup mix over bacon. Roll up steak jelly roll fashion and tie with heavy string so it won't unroll. Put an adequate sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil in a 9x13 inch pan. Place the rolled steak in the center of the foil. Pour 1 to 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup over the steak, depending on the amount of gravy you want. Seal the foil up around steak so it can't leak juices. Bake between 300°F and 325°F for 3 hours. Use juice for gravy. Slice and serve steak.
