1 (8 oz.) package lasagne noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
3 cup Mozzarella cheese
Directions: Brown ground beef and drain. Add sauce, water and sugar. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. In a deep 9x13 inch pan, cover bottom with 1/3 of the sauce, add 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Notes: I like making this as it saves time because you don't have to cook the noodles.
