1 pound ground beef
1/2 (medium) red onion, chopped
1 package chili, seasoning
salt and pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
1 can kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 (small) cans tomato sauce
Directions: Brown ground beef along with onion in pot; drain and return to pot. Add chili seasoning; mixing well. Open all cans and add to pot; mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat and eat.
Notes: Stewed tomatoes can be substituted for Ro-Tel tomatoes if a more milder chili is wanted. This chili tastes great right away, or even better the next day as leftovers.
