Potato Pizza Bake

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (medium) onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoe sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
6 ounces Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste









Directions: Brown ground beef. Place potatoes and onion in baking dish; add meat. Mix soup and milk, combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar. Pour on top. Do not stir. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 375°F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and arrange cheese on top. Return to oven, uncovered, for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
