Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:
6 (medium) potatoes
2 cups tomato pizza sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup broccoli, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup zucchini, sliced












Directions: Place thinly sliced potatoes in flat pan, buttered with 3 tablespoons butter. Cook in 350°F oven for 15 minutes while preparing other vegetables. Spread partially cooked potatoes with pizza sauce. Place vegetables on top of pizza sauce and grated cheese. Bake in heated oven for 25 minutes. Cut in pieces.

Notes: My be eaten for snack or complete meal with garlic bread, salad and dessert. This is my own recipe.
