Apple Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 cups sliced apples, cooked and drained












Directions: Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole dish in oven. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk, mix and pour into baking dish on top of butter. Pile apples in center. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until batter covers fruit and crust is brown.
